• While I understand having a student with a disability sometimes poses various unique situations, attendance is very important.  ECSE students are in a critical development window, so even if a child does not appear to be listening, participating, or watching, that does not mean they are not acquiring new information or skills.
    • Working at a student's individual level does NOT mean having decreased standards.  Always have high expectations!
    • Students are expected to try their best.
