Welcome to 7^th Grade Science. I love teaching at WHMS. 

A little bit about me. This will be my 3rd year at WHMS. I earned a BS in Animal Science  from Texas A&M University with a focus on Animal Science- Pre-Vet.  I was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas. My parents are from Mexico and moved to the United States.  I love being bilingual. In 1999, I moved to San Antonio where I worked at Media Valley Genetics. From 2001- 2007 I worked at KCI in the Quality Assurance Department.    Over 3  years ago, I began a new adventure of teaching online. Teaching ESL to children abroad has been a rewarding and great experience. Through my online teaching, I realized I was missing out on teaching and  my passion for Science. Science is used every day and it is so much fun. So who is ready to expand our minds and feed our brains with SCIENCE!

I really enjoy teaching middle school and sharing my excitement and passion for science with everyone. 

In my free time, I enjoy creative activities like watching movies , zombie shows,  painting and having fun with my family.
