Welcome to Prek 3!

Hi! My name is Mrs. Friesenhahn and I will be your child’s  teacher!

I grew up in Adkins, Texas and graduated from East Central High School in 1989. Wow!!! How time flies!!! My parents still live in the house I grew up in. I feel very fortunate to have such wonderful and loving parents. I have an amazing husband (The students know him as Mr. Todd ), who is loving, patient and supporting! After 19 years as a Deputy Sheriff in Guadalupe County, his career took him on the path to becoming a Justice of the Peace Judge in Guadalupe County.I can't imagine my world without him!  I am a graduate of Southwest Texas State University. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (Interdisciplinary Studies PreK-6). I have been teaching since 1995. I am proud to say they have all been here at Olympia Elementary. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade. Although I have enjoyed all the grades....the 3 year olds have my heart!!! I just love it! I am so thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of your child’s education and am looking forward to making learning fun and adventurous in Prek 3!
