Welcome to Dyslexia Therapy!  I'm so excited to be an Escondido Lion and work with your students!  I grew up near Galveston, Texas and went to school at the University of Houston.  I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Elementary Education. I've been an educator for 37 years with 27 years here in Judson ISD.  I am a Texas Licensed Dyslexia Therapist and a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT).  In addition to dyslexia therapy, I've been an instructional para and I've taught RTI, Reading Recovery, First, Second, and Third grades.  My husband is a retired educator and we have one son who is a professor at Texas A&M University in College Station.
