I am very excited to be your child’s teacher for this school year.  This is where the adventure begins.

I have been a teacher since 1997.  I have spent my time in early childhood classrooms (Pre K, K, and 2^nd) in Texas and Nevada.  I have a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University and a Masters from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Special Education.  I recently got my certification in teaching English as a Second Language.

I was raised in a military family and have lived all over the united states.  I even lived overseas and got to travel all over Asia.  I love to learn about new cultures.  I also enjoy spending time with my family which includes my cat and dogs.  You may see me in mismatched crazy socks and a head band.  I love dressing up for pajama day.  My other interests are cooking, eating, reading, and watching movies (especially Christmas ones).
