I am excited to get the new school year started! I cannot wait to see how much growth my students will achieve this year. 

This will be my sixteenth year of teaching. I am starting my eleventh year at Converse. I taught kinder for six years and four in first grade. I have  taught second grade too. I received my Bachelor's Degree from UTSA in 1996. I am married for 29 years and have a 19 year old daughter and a 16 year old son.  I have dogs, cats, and chickens. A few things I love: Chick-fil-A, Target, Amazon shopping, bean and cheese tacos, spicy hot sauce, and Starbucks. 

I look forward to getting to know you and working with each of you to get your child ready for 2nd grade.
