My name is Mr. King, this is my first year at Park Village Blended Learning and I am excited about this year. Go Bulldogs!!! I am married and have three daughters and a son two who have graduated from JISD and two are still enrolled. I also have two dogs and some other critters. I like to travel with my family, go to the beach and, of course, watch sports. My favorite food is Taco's (all kinds), my favorite color is blue and my drink is Coke. I have my bachelors degree in elementary education and an associate in applied science. I served honorably in the Army for 21 years, which I have retired from. I chose teaching from my experiences mentoring while I volunteered for the  WATCH DOG program at my children's elementary school. I want to serve our community and our students by teaching them knowledge and skills, not just to succeed in making it to 6th grade, but for their entire education. I hope to instill confidence and a desire to be life-long learners.
